• The product is ONLY to be used as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must be returned within 4 working days.
• The Customer agrees to return the product at his own expense using a next day courier service.
• If the product is returned in a damaged condition, the customer agrees to pay for the product at the current trade price.
• If the product arrives at the customer's premises in a damaged condition, it must be reported on day of arrival by phoning 01903 203020. Failure to do so will result in the customer being charged for the product on its return, at the current trade price.
